This three week is the same structure as the 2 week course but time to absorb the Practices on the third week

The courses are run back to back so you can book more than one course (highly recommended For in depth learning )

The Courses run from 9 am till 5pm 

On Fridays, we finish 3 pm which gives people time to travel or relax for the weekend ! you are welcome to stay camping on the site until the following week if you have booked more than one week
