TIMBER FRAMING COURSES

We have been hosting  Timber Frame Courses hosted in a beautiful woodland workshop in the Brecon Beacons for the last 18years The courses are scheduled to run over a two week period with the weekend off in-between.

free camping, Breakfast and lunch included  + outdoor kitchen  facilities .

These are very practical hands on courses covering a wide range of skills. From timber selection to cutting all the most commonly used joints. Most importantly we will be covering the marking out system which is unique and essential for framing green wood.

We aim to give you an insight into this ancient craft in a relaxed and enjoyable environment, so you can head home again inspired, with a few new skills under your belt.
